Everything was amazing. Staff/facilities. The swimming pool/ beach area to swim was amazing. Light blue crystal clear water from the red sea. Manager on duty went beyond his way to assist.

The ideal place for everyone in the family.

The food was very tasty with lots of variety my complements to the Chef, water and hot beverage were available free of charge during breakfast and dinner. The house keeping was excellent thanks to Mr Ramadan and Mohamed and Emad. The renovated rooms on the 4th floor were superb with amazing sea view. All staff members were very polite and helpful I enjoyed their warm hospitality. The adults pool on beach is amazing offering wonderful relaxing experience with Jacouzy and panorama sea view. The beach is very well maintained clean with all sports and services available including Kids water play huge pool.

Only draw backs are ; the beach is rocky with high effect of sea tide and the second is the very high audio level of music on main pool and beach that disturbs you every where even in my room with closed window. Please impose on your entertaining team a moderate maximum sound limit in order to enjoy the relaxing nature surrounding.

Great Service and Food, Mixed Comfort Experience

I really appreciated the warm hospitality during our stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a big difference. The food was excellent, with a good variety and quality that exceeded our expectations. We were also grateful that the hotel accommodated an early check-in. A special thank you as well for the complimentary cake that was prepared for our anniversary.

The room had a noticeable issue with flies, which made it uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the swimming pools were quite cold despite the high outdoor temperatures, which limited how much we could enjoy them.

A Truly Unforgettable Stay at Cancun Sokhna Resort Our stay at Cancun Sokhna Resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, setting the tone for a truly relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The resort offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, with breathtaking sea views that made every morning feel magical. The beach was clean and expansive, ideal for quiet walks and family time, and the pool area was equally impressive — well-maintained and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The culinary experience was outstanding. The variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations, with daily options that catered to all tastes. The restaurant’s design and ambiance were elegant and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for each meal. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the exceptional level of service. Every member of the staff was polite and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. A very special mention goes to Mr. Ramadan Emam, the Rooms Division Manager, whose kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression. Not only did he ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay, but he also made a beautiful gesture toward my son by gifting him a present that brought him so much joy. Even after we left, Mr. Ramadan personally called to make sure we arrived home safely — a level of care and attention you rarely see. The resort also has a lovely marina area dedicated to sightseeing and enjoying the tranquil sea views. While the main beach is not designated for swimming, it remains a perfect spot for peaceful relaxation and family activities. In every way, Cancun Sokhna Resort is a hidden gem.

It’s also worth noting that during our stay, there were some jellyfish in the sea, but thankfully we had no issues at all. I was informed by the staff that this is quite normal for the season, particularly during April and May.

Amazing facilities, great entertainment everywhere. Good food with great variety in the different restaurants. So many pools that most of them were heated well. I loved everything there and will definitely return back.

Exceptional stay for families

Friendly staff that were welcoming and helpful. Clean and tidiness of rooms and the whole villa. Food was great taste , fresh and varaity. The ice box with water was a very nice service. Night show and animation team. Market and Mosque.

1.Flies (a city problem) , I would recommend to deliver stand fans near to the pool. 2.Rocky beach. 3. To pay for booking in USD , I advise to book directly to the hotel and pay in EGP to save the bank commision.

Overall good but need improvement on the entertainment activities

The staff was very friendly and professional, the food was good, and the room service was very good. The pool was clean, and the environment overall was nice.

The entertainment activities for adults was not good especially at night. I would recommend that they increase the activities and make the different paid activies for free such as the tennis table

Great well organized hotel for family vacations with great food.

- Food is amazing with great variety and very tasty. - Staff is very helpful and friendly - Hotel is very clean and well organized - Entertainment program is enjoyable - The idea of the kids area is great.. - The main pool is great and enjoyable also the adult only infinity pool is amazing.

- Beach is rocky - No fresh juices on breakfast, just powdered and artificial ones. - Although desserts variety is wide, needs to be better as they are tasteless. - hot beverages quality that with extra charge are bad and needs to be improved.
